I have decided to revamp this journal. When I created it I was in the midst of a dark depression. As I write, I'm still in that funk, but I've started to use a creative method to deal it it. Hence, while I retain this journal, its purpose has become something entirely different.
I have long wanted to dabble in web-comics and experimental (to me at least) computer comic art. I intend to make this journal into an web comic called "SAD HEART'S SHADOW: the adventures of Tasb0t and Poogle in the 29th Century". The idea came to me yesterday as I was driving my car to the university. The names just came out of thin air, and then last night I had a dream about the story.
So, each posting will be one episode in the ongoing story. The artwork will be a mixture of hand-drawn/scanned and graphics tablet drawn sources. I bought an A4 graphics tablet a while ago and have yet to learn how to adequately use it. This is a good excuse. I can't say how regular this strip will be, and the format will be subject to evolution and other changes. I may also use Poser and some 3D software to draw certain aspects of it, and compose it all in Paint Shop Pro.
But I promise you, that there is a story, and I will be drawing and plotting to progress it. Can't promise it'll be interesting, but if I do stuff right, hopefully it will.
